I don't know where to ask this to be quite frank, but I will here and hopefully the good people of RM chat can help me out!
A friend of mine works in designing performance clothing for sports and work places such as schools and industrial work places. He has asked me if I can somehow find out how he can contact "the right person" within RM to approach them with regards potentially designing some garments for RM workers. I have told him that even if I get a number or whatever the chances are of them listening would be very little!...but I would try anyway - so if anyone has any contact details - a name, phone number for someone maybe who deals with new potential uniform, would be most grateful. Thanks guys and gals.

Suggest you read the article in The Courier first where it states that there will be no new waterproof coats as RM can't afford to roll them out to everyone! as I assume your friend's new uniform will cost money, not sure RM will go for it. why not design something for real professionals like the army or something for nurses?
Perhaps the chat members could suggest a new uniform for the management?
