Spot on Westlondon. When John Pugh MP brought up bullying and harasment by Royal Mail managers against staff Pat mcfadden and Mandelsn said that it's nothing to do with the government. Shows the stand that they take against Bullying managers. It's OK as long as Royal Mail makes a profit.
I blame most of the culture of Bullying in Royal Mail at the top, by money/career grabbing ******, setting impossible targets without any idea how they can be achieved. Each year they roll dice to decide the budgets cuts.
