RM are holding a DRAW group in some offices in th UK, Unite/CWU & Royal Mail have endorsed it.......something about Dignity Respect In Work ??? Has anyone got any knowledge of what it is & feedback please ?

we went through that 3 years back now, what a load of fekin b*ll*ck's, im thinkin your office has had some bad result's in the "have your say" you having one every six month or every 12.....................the "have your say" not having dignity and respect...........lol :dance :dance :dance

Dignity & Respect At Work

Yes a very short lived experience for most, a bit like the daily huddle waste of time.

It was formed of a group of people usually the Rep/sub Rep and three or four others drawn from the workplace who would discuss FA and achieve FA.

sounded like one of these worker's councils to sideline / replace the union
