Stress
My wife has breast cancer & has just had 2 operations in 2 weeks, things are not going well for her. Am having to go to the hospital with her 4,5,6 times a week for various treatments and tests. My Dr signed me off work as Im in quite a state, ie confused, angry and extremely emotional, I was told that Atol would contact me as this is Royal Mails procedure regarding stress. I was under the impression that they were going to be understanding and sympathetic to my situation and to listen to what I have been going through. I missed her call but rang her back within minutes and her first word to me were how did you get this number, she then began to ask me irrelevant questions which just stressed me out even more. There was no how are you and what can I do for you. I told her that her questions were not relevant and all she could say was that I have other people to ring In her same curt manner as when she first answered the phone. This has upset me and I would like to complain, can anyone advise me on this?
