The risk assessment is like the theory part on your driving test, just click on the hazards you see and if you get it wrong it just goes back to the beginning and you start again, you can't fail but you can spend hours doing it - all within your normal hours of course.

unless they get you to come in on o/t...........then as im being told the dim's are standing over you giving you GUIDANCE. And they are also giving the guidance by

A. giving them help by sitting with the person doing the D.R.A

B. getting staff to write down the awnser so if they get one wrong, they can go back and awnser it right (as you may be aware if you get 1 question wrong you have to start the section again, and it's not just the wrong one's you have to awnser again but all of them).

C. or "C" just give the staff the awnser book making sure the rep does not know about it

any advice on how to combat "C" would be helpful, and suprise suprise, im told we are low to med risk so far, strange that........................................

lol, yeah i think it could be null and void lol, in the case study they dont mention the private cars on delivery at all in there figure's, and this seems strange as im told the D.R.A is mostly for posties using there cars for doing duty's, people doing this must have some effect on the study and the figure's
