Are we allowed to go to work with a broken bone which has been set in a cast?

We have people in the office working with broken bones, one guy broke a finger quite badly and has a cast on with a metal cage around his finger and hes still working (prepping, IPS).

I may have broken another bone as well.... which is a bad one to break so don't want to cause myself problems later in life , find out in a couple of weeks..

You can't be sick and on leave too (brothermagrew will be able to provide full details) so you will be able to claim holidays back from the date of your sick line. I assume it's your right wrist and if so make sure they don't bully you into coming back early to do 'light' duties, make sure you make your consultant aware of what ATOS recommend because they hate having their opinion questioned by unqualified people.
