Getting a load of grief from my DM at the moment, normally its water off a ducks preverbial but it is getting to be a bit of a pain.
Just need to know if the arse wants to have a word. would I be right in saying I can ask for my Union Rep to be in attendance at all times?
Going on to shared vans on Monday, so the guys in the office tell me. Day off yesterday and the DM didnt have the balls to tell me himself this morning. Only good thing is the guy I am sharing with happens to be the Union Rep!
Also do the Union Reps have an allocated time per week for Union duties in the office?

Yes you can ask your union rep to be with you at all times! That's one of the reasons we have union reps in offices. There is no set time allowence for your union rep to perform his duties.

yea you can ask for a union rep to be present, its worth doing every time no matter what he wants to talk to you about.
