I was just wondering how well the men's trousers fit? Are they true size? The women's seem to change every time I order a new pair and there fit is really small so I'm contemplating just ordering the blokes ones and hope for a nicer fit.

just received two pairs of trousers, length would mean i need to be 7foot 2ins tall.

Tried to order some new trousers as one of my pairs wore out and the other the crotch is almost gone but got told by the idiot on the phone I wasn't allowed any because I ordered some back in sept 2008 This armchair expert went on to explain how they are designed to last at least 2 years . After asking 3 different managers (one of them twice) I have finally got one to order me two new pairs.

Shame the Trousers and Fleeces don't stay Blue for long.. They seem to change to Purple after 2 WASHES YES 2 WASHES.. I had a Harrington Jacket for 8 years its been through the wash god knows how many times and guess what.. ? YEP IT'S STILL AS BLUE AS THE DAY I GOT IT..

I get the mens trews as they have longer legs. The womens are only 29" I think. The other advantage is the pockets are much bigger (!?)

I haven't worn RM trousers for at least 4 years. The pockets always wear through.
Buy Craghopper walking trousers - £16 in TkMaxx, or £20 for the ones that zip off into shorts.
More hardwearing and comfortable than RM trousers.

Last time I ordered some they sent me long length ones that had been cut down to short length and they were shite indeed. I tend to use my own now, can't beat a good pair of combat trousers with lots of pocketsies!

I honestly thought the uniform was light blue shirts with purple trousers and a purple fleece. It's only from reading posts on here that i've realised they're meant to be blue.

How can they say the trousers will last two years? Is that when you've got five pairs and so only wear and wash each pair once a week? When I started they only gave me two pair, that means I had to wash every day...wear one pair while the other is in the wash.

Don't they realise how much walking we do?

A class piece of kit Baldrick - double panels on knees and seat, zip pockets for keys and a large flapped side pocket for cards and things. Oh - and they dry by body heat in about 15 minutes AND THEY STAY NAVY BLUE
