Are royal mail going to inform the the general public and business thats there mail and parcels are gonna be a hell of a lot later in the future as im sick to death of people saying to me your late today and is this the second post ?

I think they should give us all door to doors explaining that its not us posties fault that there getting there mail/parcels late as this is modernisation and its the way forward lol

since when has it been last letter 3pm?, I was always told last letter 2.00, and whats this about soon to be 4pm hows that going to work.

So how will the deal work for longer dely spans if times cannot be changed unless the USO is changed?
Will everyone get to start earlier..think not...could be collection work in there if you work a 9-5 methinks

That's what I want to see, a leaflet explaining exactly why people's postmen are going to be delivering their mail later, a lot later.
I note that one or two people have more or less said, that last letter times in towns and rural will remain 2.00 and 3.00pm, respectively.
If that's the case, how? I mean, I'm given to understand that the machinery that Royal Mail have wasted millions of pounds on, could mean offices not getting their work to prep until something stupid like, 11.00am. That to me, suggests later start times for many of us, meaning later finishes to match.
