Hi I'm a bit baffled here, there two guys in my office now doing all routes from the walks and taking four walks out of the office. Now my union rep tells me there won't be any changes till this National agreement is dealt with and put into place. so why are they trying to do this. the walks are up already, not sure if there will be a resign or a office vote.

similar thing is happening in our office. As long as they are only plans they can get away with it. 
The minute they implement it they are breaking the agreement. I think you'll find they are getting all the planning done in advance of the agreement, then once it's signed they will be cutting deliverys like a shot.
