Colleague Shares? Pay rise?

Hello troops,

can anyone give any advice on the infamous phantom 'colleague shares'? Are we due a payment/dividend this year? If so when? Does anyone know how much? Is it next year we can then sell them back?

Also am I right in thinking we didn't get a pay rise last year? Surely this year there has to be something?

You can't sell any until next year, then you can only take 50%, or you can leave them until 2012 and cash them all in.

Pay rise this year is part of the current negotiations, at least it had better be!

I reckon they will take them away and say they have used them within the new deal structure........if there ever will be one.

My Guess would be May/June - to allow the accounts, on which any valuation must be based, to be audited and passed.

A friend of mine works in Cardiff mail center, a union rep told them Monday night the following. 1 1/2 % this year, 1 1/2% next year, 3% the year after. Walking postmans basic to be increased by £30 for D2D, £500 bonus to be paid straight away and 50% of mail centres to shut. This is not a wind up.

It's not a wind up but it may be out of date.
Things "appear" to be changing on a daily basis.
