Today, I have received 2 letters from HM revenue and customs, (If that isn't bad enough) but the letters are dated 6th Jan 10. I know Mailsort doesn't take priority but today is the 17th Feb ffs. Or are HMC+E pulling a stunt?

I got a letter from CWU in St Leonard's today about the possibility of becoming Union Learning Rep - the letter was dated 29/01! 
I don't suppose your mouth bleeds every 28 days, does it?

Chap in our MC got one dated the same yesterday. Perhaps they either sent a batch out with the wrong dates or it got held back somewhere else? Hang on, who am I kidding, it's been sat in a MC for the past month!
