18 hours

DOM told us the day that there has to be 18 hours taken out of the office the union rep said no feckin chance as were at our limit the now and al not sign them off and the dom said they are comin out whether we like it or not!! I can feel a work to rule comin on

We are at breaking point!!!!!!! People booking extended delivery upto 2 hours A DAY. People asked to work their day off. Packets sat around for days at a time because we only have two packet drivers. Asked to work sunday onb overtime to try a catch up a little bit and are DOM has said he needs to take out 200hrs!!!!!!

Offices never stick together on work to rule, and union rep is full off bull, if RM say's 18 hours, then 18 hours it is. the rep will back down....

Based on productivity in the postal sphere a 40 hour manager being got rid off you still have to find 17 hours. But if they included Yorkie Support work, coffee making, minesweeper professionalism, sickness procedure inflexibility and making a simple job difficult you'd probably hit the target.
