need a positive answer on this
reason being we asked our line mangr why we were sorting preping and delivering mail 3 on a sat
we quoted agreement this didn,t go on sat
question was taken to dom who answered
because of executive action being applied in office it will be done on sat overruling local agreement
where do we stand on this
should ex action be lifted or does it still stand during ( calming period )of interim agreement

In our office any yorks of flats /packets are left until monday
any mech bundles can be left also, but most postmen on our office will put in any letters where we are already going to.
only thing I can say, if they force you to take it out, and the extra work,you can not complete ...then BRING IT BACK.
I find only about 20 or 30 letters OF MAILSORT 3 are places I am not going to anyway.

However your problems may not be covered by that as all the issues you raised actually come under the SDD agreement.

well executive action still in place at my office has been for 5 months so i doubt it will be different in your office as far as im concerned we should be on the gate a complete load of shite makes ya wonder why i pay my subs to be forced onto a shift i would not of signed for.
