If you have a strong case in law you could try a local solicitor that specialises in Employment Law or the legal field in which your grievance would lie.I believe the initial consultation is free for the first x minutes. If your case is strong they might represent you on a discounted or no win/no fee basis.Dont forget you are entitled to legal advice through the CWU i believe.
.Citizens Advice is online now and is a good resource for the bod in the street.
good luck

A stage 3 grievance goes off to rugby and a meeting takes place with an appointed internal manager with the appropreate traning, however if you believe your case decision is still unexceptable then the PODA gets involved, these are experienced individuals who know a bit more and have a lot more savi. If all else fails write to Dave Ward and Royal Mail HQ explaining your grievence and your intentions of employment tribunals.

I wonder how rm will come out with their current policy of stage warning everyone no matter once they hit a stage warning. Even if it's dda related.
We've got guys at our place where bullying occurs as in all offices i guess when an employee sticks to his/her guns over atos recommendations, such as working contractual hour. I can see rm managers who take this stance coming unstuck personally.

If sickness is DDA related it has to be disregarded in terms of counting against you and you can`t get a stage warning.

Royal Mail Attendance Procedure

Absences which are incurred by employees who are disabled in accordance with the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 and which, in the view of the Employee Health Service, are related to their disability, will normally be discounted.

However this may not always be the case and the following should be noted: · These absences will still be recorded on the employee's sick absence record. ·

The line manager will still carry out return to work discussions, explain that the relevant absences have been discounted and discuss whether assistance from Employee Health Service or Royal Mail would help with disability-related attendance problems, including consideration of any reasonable adjustments. ·

Absences which are disability-related may be counted where it is justifiable to do so and in these circumstances the employee should be given advance warning that future absences will no longer be discounted.
