I would be happy getting a 5% or more rise that will be eighteen pounds more a week.Plus more door2door money it would be nice too get just over four hundred pounds a week after tax.46 hours altogether a week, plus five door2doors.No chance I think

.What do people on this site think we will get from these talks?.

A feckin sore back with the increase in d2d............remember the idea was 400 a week but we will see more d2d without payment,maybe increase in basic to compensate d2d,but bigger dely,s and a shorter week....how does that work

I heard the union and managers might want a three year pay deal.But i want one year deal,How can they not pay us for doing more door2doors?.Bigger dely,s would mean more walks cut again.shorter working week not paid for meal breaks.

I couldn't care less about pay, I just want to complete a delivery on time without being accused of being dragging my heals and without breaking my back.

How do Mail Centre Staff fit into this?, are they going to help take out the extra D2Ds

how can it be that we striked....... and forced them to negotiate out conditions... and then get SHAFTED EVEN MORE?

how is this possible? wouldnt we still be on strike if this was going to allways be the case?
