Hi Kevin it sounds like a simple misunderstanding between the site office and yourself.All any postie should do is not enter a building site for for obvious Health and Safety reasons .It sounds like they have misunderstood this ,you are saying I cant go in to a building site for H + S reasons whilst you are building it ( perfectly reasonable) and it sounds as if they have misinterpreted things to think you are saying it is unsafe to enter the site because they are building structures that are unsafe.Its just semantics .Your Manager with your Union Rep should be able to deal with this in a quick manner so that normal service is resumed.
