how many managers per office

what is the criteria for how many managers there should be at each office. Is it per head of posties per office. We have three with just over 100 staff. The first manager writes on his clip board, the second reads whats been written and the third just looks on in complete amazement at the skills of the other two

think it goes by how many workers we have 60 posties and 2 managers

We have a shift manager and two line managers for 22 early staff probably about £100 grand wasted by royal mail

Yes forgot to add there trying to cut more hours out never seems to be managers that are cut

we have about 45 staff with managers that range from 2-6 depending on if they can hide at other offices,its usually one watching us sort another pushing york containers about and another on the computer who on the odd occasion gets up to the snack machine to fill his fat gut and another always on the phone or taking conference calls and another two prepping walks for delivery,we are always late going out because only a few do the primary sorting because the others have to throw in part timers walks thus cut offs and overtime.

1 transport mang another made up title actually tea lady / man debatable
1reserve line mang promoted jumped up ar** wipe kid on postie type
numerous apes and baboons who walk in and out office all suits but no one knows status
pegasus/ georoute planning teams
every type of mgmt tool
oh. and we ve got some uniformed types who go and deliver mail

God - you lot are so cruel to RM Managers.

It's RM new "green issue". RM employs them so that we don't have to increase "landfill".

I never know which bin I have to put my "Dog Poo" in. If you know, tell me, because that where the average RM Manager needs to go.

We have 1 DOM and one Lino to cover our office of 32 duties.

We also have a workplace coach / foreman type thing. But apart from putting out the D2D's and eating sandwiches nobody knows what he does.
