3 and a half hours for walk inc travelling, bagging, redir

3 and a half hours for walk inc travelling, bagging, redirections, killoffs and absorption. Got a temp manager in today and he has told me that this is what is expected in 3 and a half hours, is this correct?

sounds like the special bus stopped outside your office and one of their passangers got off.

Fear not though, whilst he may not seem out of place as an RM manager, they do do head counts on the bus and i'm sure if you stand out the front with him they will be back shortly to collect him. :nana

Thanks. had a feeling that was the case. So delivery span, does that include travelling time to and from your walk? is this written in proverbial stone anywhere.

No, delivery time does not include travel time.
I have been told 3 1/2 hours includes conveyance to and from delivery :d'oh!
