I have a question.Who are management accountable to ?.If we drop a bollock were hauled over the coals,recently ive seen managers flouting there OWN rules and getting away with it.For instance covering walks and taking 30 mins work out(wilful delay),covering walks and leaving households(wilful delay),covering walks and leaving packets(wilful delay).Numerous health and safety regulations.Bullying staff and doing nothing there aked to do by staff.Im at my wits end with it,these tossers need to held accountable for there incompetence.

Do what we are doing take it to the area director, we have used this in the past and it worked but under the present climate not to sure but worth a try.
