special leave entitlements for emergency
had a home emergency today with a leaking ceiling in the house, had to take a day off work. I have no holiday entitlement left can you tell me if i am entitled to a days paid leave or unpaid or give me a link to a document which contains the info.

Day unpaid normally, managers decides if it should be paid.

At my place if this happend then you would just work your following weeks day off. So this means you get paid for staying at home to fix your problem but work you day off for free so to speak.
