What is my grade?

I am thinking of applying for a different job within Royal Mail, but when starting to fill in the various questions on their website it asks for my current grade. Could anyne tells me what this means? And what to put? I am conracted as a walking postman for 30 hours per week. Is it the "Pay rate" on my wage slip?

In our office people on 30 hrs are still called AG's. But I read on here that we are all just classed as OPG's now.

People in my office used to put postie as their grade or Postman...

But yes, OPG covers every postman these days.
