Simple - the exact same time as it is at your own DO. If you have been sent across from your DO then they should also include travelling time both from and back to your own office within the Duty time. This is one of those rare animals - something good that came out of the P&M07 agreement. :Very Happy :Very Happy

You should take into consideration your break, travel time and if job and finish then pouching off etc

You DO NOT deliver your last letter at your contracted finish time you should be at your own office at your finish time.

As a spare reserve who is regularly sent to other offices - most days actually - I simply refuse to deliver, like some managers try and say otherwise, till 2.15. They get me till 1.30.
If you tolerate this, then your paid break will be next

I assume that you arrive at your office at your start time and are then transported to the other office. You would then ask the Dom at the other office what time should you be back for to get transported back to your office for your finishing time. If you disagree with his time then say that and that you dont want to be late. If you are then tell your own Dom the next morning and refuse to go.
