Hello all,

can anyone share any light if we are due any payments this year from the 'Share in Success' programme? Or any bonuses for that matter. If so when and how much?

I ve not heard we are getting anything bonus wise :sad: Only a possible lump sum with the forth coming CWU agreement which will concern the increase in D2D's, god help us :pray :d'oh!

I thought we were going to use the "share in success" money to fund our own pay rise. :crazy:
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

i would say, as part of the colleague share we will get some sort of payout after the end of the financial year in march, if Royal Mail make group profit targets(which we will)

Is this the phantom share thing?

Can somebody shed some light on whether we are to gain anything from this like the payout after 5 years if you flog em back to RM that was mooted?

Are we set for a windfall?

was closed as part of the P&M07 agreement it help to pay for the bung we got for accepting it.

No according to Truths or Dingo posts (not sure which) it will the ColleagueShares.

Have just read my book on this, and it says that if Royal Mail hit their Group and Business unit tagets in 2009 and 2010 we could receive up to £400 in dividends for each year. Furthermore you will be able to cash in 50% of your total share allocation in 2011 and the other half in 2012 at whatever price applies at that date. Doesn't say what dates in 2011 and 2012, probably 31st December knowing RM

Sorry all. Mistook this for the colleague share plan. Havent a clue about share in success. Have never shared in any success in our area.
