i suffered a hernia last year and was the second person to get one in our office in 6 months. im only 30 and the doc said it was rare for people my age to get them. says it all really! also have pain in my back from time to time . my legs seem alright at the mo apart from feeling tired. i think its going to get worse workwise and injury wise before it gets better

Its not just knees, if you have pain in your neck and shoulder when pouch on dont ignore it. Two weeks ago had pain in neck that didnt disappear as usual and got so bad i had to go to casualty. Xray shows vertibrae collapsed together and bone spur, probably whats resting on nerve but waiting for ct scan. Still cant use right arm without pain and cannot hold a cup that is full.
As ive never had an xray on my neck before i cant say its the job but ive been doing a round of nearly 30 blocks of flats for ten years and ive never made up 7 kilo bags, id be out there all day. Although ive just recently had an hct which if used properly helps greatly.

I go to my osteopath every 6 weeks just to get everything put back into place.
