got my appeal on mon, sacked for not doing my d2d, any body got any advice or been for an appeal

i cant beleive u can get sacked for leaving some d2d under table!

as RM have been playing charlie big bollocks, wait for your letter and the once your back on normal duties put a grievance in, about the way you have been treated, union reps hate this because they believe your gloating, I say justist is mine.

Why would they think you were gloating? 
If you've been treated badly, you're ENTITLED to put a grevance in! It's got nothing to do with winning or loosing. It's all about trying to get action taken against those who treat us badly. And hopefully reduce the risk of it happening to someone else.

an appeal was won, union reps feel they have done a good job, now a further grievance will go in, union will not like that as they feel they have already won the day they believe not to kick a man when there down, know what i mean...Scarlet Pimpernell wrote:Why would they think you were gloating?
