Putting aside your feelings toward Mr Crozier, he was put in the role to do and carry out his remit, and that remit was to turn the loss making machine around and into profit. Which he has, we all know it has'nt been a smooth ride, but he done it, took his bonus and is moving on. Good luck to him, he had the balls to take it on. People like him will do the same wherever they go, and now its time for a new face with new ideas.
Dont think the new boss will be any different than Mr Crozier, cause he /she wont.
Im under no illusion that the job will get any easier, it wont. They will still come looking for hours / savings, has they have done.
Just except it, we have a job, i know my role may not be secure over the next few years, but just get on with it, the Royal Mail will change into whatever it wants to, with or without me or you.

I'm a postie. I'm glad he is going, I wish it was today and not March. He's leaving then so he can pick up a fat paycheck, he is greed personified! ITV have sown the seeds.. now reap the whirlwind that is Crozier. You'll have jobcuts, pay cuts, aka working longer hours for the same pay, you'll have to do two jobs for the same pay. Strikes will be on the cards. This guy ruined RM, leaving us with a pension deficit of massive proportions, whilst picking up a 7 figure salary, he almost destroyed the English FA, jobcuts there too. He's the same where ever he goes, he leaves a trail of devestation in his wake! He works hand in hand with Manpower too... via his wife! How do you think they got temp staff cheap to work at RM prior to xmas? I should feel sorry for you lot at ITV, now you will know how we feel at RM. Let's see you do a report on this then, just like you are trying to dig up anything you can on a postie to denegrate them. ITV, you are a about to get a rude awakening!
