Day back for New Years Day?

Post by dave7634 »

Following the confusion of the Christmas period I've had someone ask me today whether, as they were off sick New Years Day, whether they'll get that day back. Any advice?

If you are long term sick any Bank Holidays should be credited to your annual leave. A few years ago I was S/L over the Easter Holiday's, I got both Good Friday & Easter Monday credited to my annual leave.
