Re: park &loop
Our DOM is hoping to bring in park and loop, and is trying to get us involved, we discovered that 2 duties had been cut, was then told by Area Rep to have nothing to do with it, as the agreement is being worked on at national level, there is to be no negotionations, and RM can not use EA to try and put stuff in. We'll see!!!

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Just say that you are unable to make an informed decision without the financial decisions that are currently being discussed, being available to you and therefore you respectfully wish to make no comment at this stage. In other words boll.....cks, do your own dirty work.

Re: park &loop
It seems RM is planning away and will then fine tune if nesscary once agreement is reached at national level ,then once that has happened its implementation full steam ahead sticking to the national agreement .
There is no ban on RML doing planning work only on them implementing unagreed change, RM seem to be within the wording of the interim agreement but are they within the spirit?
