620 to 1418 mon tues
600 1418 weds
540 1418 thurs friday

41.5 hours in total but we only get paid for 40

For whats its going to entail no monies will be worth it.

The job has been destroyed by bumbilling idiots with a chaotic managerial style and big fat wallotts off our had work.

R/M said just a few years ago that the company was losing a million quid a day now last year we made 321 million profit.

How are we repaid for our efforts with a fecking pay freeze, and our union thinks that a shity new pay scale is going to smooth over the cracks.

Bolloxs were about to be s**t on from a great height not just by R/M but by our union .

We know although we havnt been told by our union whats coming and it aint good its time to get in the reg bay or find another job i think deliveries isnt going to be for me anymore.

In our office it's 6 - 2.15 with Sat 6-1. If it's your Sat off the hours are 6 - 2, still 40 hours - if your hours are more than 40 you want to be asking why you're not being paid more.

When is the next financial year for RM?

The reason i ask is when it comes to the next one, i can see RM making profit yet again, but us workers will get nothing in return. It was just announced today that we are out of a recession, so i personally think we should be awarded a pay increase of some sort, even if its 1%.

The financial year is the same for all businesses namely 6 Apr - 5 Apr
