As a result of the talks ?

3-30 deliverys?

4-30 deliverys?

longer saturdays?

shorter working week?

Another dodgy BONUS system?

Monthly pay?

More door to doors, incorporated into a better basic pay?

2 0r even 3 in a van (starburst again)?

Or will we get some good out the deal :dance :dance :dance

Personally, i am hoping for 4 and a half park and loop, purely for selfish reasons, i want out, and this will give me the best chance of evr, :oops:

Agreed, longer walks and less sorting would be great - but i've got a feeling it's going to be the same amount of sorting and longer walks anyway!

have heard that there will be No extra money available, No one off payment for d2d and last letter on sorting will be 10am result of which we will be on the streets till 5pm , sats inc

what's gonna happen.
The deal will be announced.
We will all go mental and everyone will say they are voting NO.
Then most will vote yes and the deal will be accepted.
Then we will all spend the next 3 years slagging it off and wondering who voted YES.
And then it will all start again......... :cry

We won't ALL spend the next three years slagging it off.
Some lucky ones might get EVR, some will be sacked on fair procedural grounds,others will be sacked arbitrarily (for failing to salute and things like that).
And a few of the ones that are left will slag it off, but only in secret societies for fear of being denounced as trouble makers.(Another sackable offence)
Happy days ahead.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.
