stage warning

I just had a stage 3 interview and managed to survive it,got put back to stage 2.
just a quick question been told to have no more days off for a year and i will be taken off the stage warning.does the year start from the day i had the interview or the day the decision was made.

I believe you are allowed one absence of up to 4 days in the year and you will still clear your 1st and 2nd stage warnings :dance

Not sure when its started from, should be on the letter they give you advising you the stage 3 has been dropped to a 2nd :d'oh!

you will still be allowed another absence of uptop 9 days to go back to a stage 1 but it has to be 6 months after your last 1 and then after the 12 months you will revert back to a stage 1. If you dont go sick at all in the next 12 months you will clear all stages and then you can play the system again and have a couple extra weeks holiday each year but thats if you can tough it out for a year 1st and reap the benefits after. Just make sure you dont go sick again within 6 months of your last sickness because 2 sickness within the same 6 month period of the 12 months will have you up for a stage 3 again.

Normally is,but they seem to take the piss with these stage timings nowadays,how long from your last sick which triggered it to your interview,if it's months like some on here you should of asked for it to be backdated to last day of sick.

I've never done this on a stage 3 but i have on a 1 and 2 as they left it so long.And i got it backdated.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

i had a stage 2 last march ive had no time off all year but the prob is when i got it in march my dom at the time left it till may for me to sign between march and may we had a new dom and he changed the month from march to may on the form i know this because he made a spelling mistake on the month it said something like mayh i never questioned this where do i stand with it my last day of sick was about febuary last year
