Around 50% strike breakers at our place!

Post by rockypostie »

Work at Banbury Sorting office and around half of the work force worked today, cudnt belive it. What anoyed us even more were the ones what were doing loads of overtime and also the ones what had come in on there days off. Even a group of strike breakers went to the pub for a scab drink, they never normally go to the pub at all for a drink together, they were almost pleased to be scum!
Hope the rest off you had a better % Stayed off work!

Ballot forum
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Scum

yeah i think they only had a quick pint though! They are total scum, they were going around yesterday saying how easy overtime was going to be today! Its one thing not going on strike but its totaly out of order to take advantage when your co workers our on strike to then do easy overtime! They just dont seem to see that if changes come into place we will be on less money and there will be less or no overtime for them! The public seem to be very supportive though,we had 2 members of the public moan at us but the rest were wishing us good luck!
