Ours is about 300 hours per week now

There must be a formula somewhere that demonstrates the correlation between overspend and the underestimation of mail volumes.
Correct mail recording = properly assigned budget = raised staffing levels = enjoyable job.

If we were all given the correct budget for each office then there wouldn't be a problem would there?

saw the paperwork for my office. it said £6000 UNDER SPENT!! but we were told £10,000 over spent!?!?

200 hrs a week in o/t which is 25 hrs behind what they took out the office,they hav'nt told what the overspend is yet but i can tell you they are not going to like it.

I've only got one word to say "propaganda"!
Its like the scenario with mail volumes that are down by 9 or 10%.
Show us the evidence then we might believe you.
