NEED HELP
BEEN OFF WEEK NOW DUE TO MANAGEMENT BULLYING AND STRESS .GRIEVANCE FORM IN,GOT A REPLY ON MONDAY STATING THEYD LIKE TO MEET ME TO DISCUSS MY GRIEVANCE .I STATED ALL THAT ON MY GRIEVANCE FORM AND WHY I WAS OFF ETC ! ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED .PAUL

Have you tried contacting your local union rep? They may be in a better position to advise you as they will be familiar with your office, it's practices, your individual situation and can sit in with you in meetings!

Who wants to meet with you ? is it the area manager? What ever you do , dont go in to the meeting alone. go in with your rep.Also you should take your own notes, dont rely on the managers alone. Also get a copy of his notes.Good luck

Reading your post again - in it you say "They would like" - my advice would be to write a polite letter thanking them for the kind invitation but at present you feel that a Face to face meeting could delay your recovery and therefore you would prefer that they put any questions or concerns in writing and you will respond in kind within 48 hours.
Even better is if you could get a recommendation from your own doctor to cover this.
If they offer ATOS consultation I would accept but take any advice your Doctor gives in regards to contact with them.
