Have we had a vote on the agreement.
The answer to both is NO - the BSI100 will form part of the agreement so they can't bring it in without us first voting on it unless they break their word about not using EA.

The individual performance standards agreement holds the field untill CWU tell us otherwise.
Anything else I would say is in breach of the interim agreement.

Re: BSI 100
They have been agreed (and are posted in downloads) whilst BSI has not. The BSI one covers a whole duty and makes the assumption that the work is 100% ready, 100% accurate and you work at 100% efficiency all the time. When agreed the CWU should hopefully get failure, human nature, missorts, distance to frames, DBFs and locker taken into account. The IPS is based on 1 minute and although RM are not perfect in their application of it, it is a fairer system for us.donut wrote:So what is the difference between "individual performance standards" and bsi100 ?Big Daz wrote:The individual performance standards agreement holds the field untill CWU tell us otherwise.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
