I think you'll find that share scheme will be disolved, the "share money" will be used to fund any pay rise that we recieve from the new agreement, so you won't recieve a penny.

next april, you can sell half back to the business, then sell the rest the year after, as has been said, we prob wont get em, so losing out , instead returning as an inflation busting super pay deal carrot type thing.

Leighton wanted a proper share ownership scheme for 'his people' (that's us posties). The government dismissed his idea, but not him, unfortunately
He invented a profit-sharing scheme that was designed to pay-out lump sums if RM was transformed and generated more profit. To confuse matters, he decided to call this scheme ColleagueShares, even though no share ownership is actually conveyed to us in the sense of real shares like which are bought & sold on stock markets everyday.
