I don't believe going all out is the answer now. To beat RM we should start just working our times, not using cars and hoping that everyone sticks together. Strikes never worked last year nowt will change.

Doing the job RM way will be the only way they will be defeated following there guidelines.

Not everyone is going to work to rule i'm afraid, In our office the part-timers who are desperate for the money f**k it up for everyone :crazy:

In our east mids office we have the usual 4 or 5 who go in on every strike and then get treated by royalty by our collections manager by being paid overtime for going in early on strike days.
Now an EX postie and proud to be a water sampler.
