What a load of MINCE... lol at 2:19secs - He says if he's done a good job he's told that.. I've worked with the company for nearly 10 years and think i've been told ermm ZERO times that i've done a good job even though i work my butt of everyday. Am sure a couple of Christmases ago our manager said thanks for the effort we put in but sadly that was a group effort and not on a 1-2-1. So apart from that, the only thanks i get is in the form of a Christmas card & 50 free stamps which i'm pretty certain wasn't in the video i just watched.
