Could RM in theory say no thanks to renewing the license for the daily universal delivery at a uniform price? Could they say No thanks and then just deliver to lucrative areas like built up cities? I realise that the government would stop that from happening as all hell would break loose from the public but it would certainly make MP's sit up and review the dsa pricing structure and the failure of competitors to get off of their ar*e and take RM on.

No because RML is subject to postal services act and its not a private company so can't make that kind of decision.
