New Delivery Duties/Changes from Monday
The new workloads are totally unrealistic, haven't been "Pegasused" only worked out using maps and the A plus to resquence things. Our Dom has said it will be for a trial period but We know that the trials we have had in the past are still running

Re: New Delivery Duties/Changes from Monday
Im sure that a union rep will be able to tell you shortly that they should probably not be doing this but in the meantime;
The ONLY way to deal with this is to bring the extra work back if it would make you go over. We have to do as directed until 2.30pm and its only when stuff is brought back on a regular basis that they will see that its not achievable. Offices all round the country are doing thiongs the union has not agreed to. Usually because there are some who rush round use cars and make the rest of us look bad. They are entitled to make a request and we are entitled to say when its honestly not achievable but i know in the past weve been tol that we have to attempt it. Hopefully your area rep will put pressure on the dom to postpone it until some agreement has been reached but as you say once its in its difficult

RM cannot enforce any duty changes without consultation .. all part of the Interim Agreement. Get your Union Rep to put the objections in writing and use the IR Framework to its maximum. On no account should you accept arbitrary changes instigated by the DIM DOM, irrespective of whether they are trials or not without proper consultation.

Re: New Delivery Duties/Changes from Monday
Listen to what he has to say and if it confirms the changes - then ask him if it is agreed nationally, and if it is subject to consultation under the interim agreement and if the answer to either or both of those questions is No TELL him to go to disagreement. Under disagreement status quo should hold sway and no changes should take place until the disagreement is resolved - if the changes are still implemented it is by executive action and is totally against the initial interim agreement and should be reported to HQ. Not that they'd give a sh*t of course but at least you will have registered the fact.mr hil. wrote:Thanks for the info..We found out today that we are getting an area rep to come over to brief us before things start, so watch this space.....Ahebban wrote:RM cannot enforce any duty changes without consultation .. all part of the Interim Agreement.
