do all offices get a monthly bonus?

In London we do, and it varies quite a bit afaik. Some offices get £40 others £140! Hardly fair as we all do the same job. Ours is called PBS which i think is short for Productivity Bonus Scheme. Do you get one and roughly how much

Once had a 94p Productivity Bonus.

Only bonus we have had in the last year is £25 for saving the office about 100k!!

no wonder london postie can afford to go on strike all the time we get sweet fa except a thanks and a stale mince pie at xmas :crazy:

My office in london gets just under £7 a month PBS, not sure it covered the 17 days of action we took at our place

BONUS - Please explain what a bonus is !

We get an annual Christmas bonus of £100, I would imagine this is a national thing....................

This year our usual bacon butty at Christmas (courtesy of the management) was shelved due to.........................Pick an excuse.

Our DO was attached to a mail centre and we used to get over £80/month PBS. After SDD and when The MC got closed down and moved, because RM made 3 MC's into 1 MC, We now receive £43/month PBS. (In West London/Middlesex)
