Whats the count up to now the number of our esteemed managers ;liar who have left the business since this dubious practice came to light. I hear our Scottish colleagues are in for a bumper bonus with hours saved.

Gone quiet all this,there must be some seriously lumpy carpets at RM HQ.
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Ha,just got word that there could be some movement this week or next.

Weare a small office, 20-odd walks...

The last 2 years our manager slashed and slashed hours, without proper agreement....but obviously with full knowledge of area manager....

Office has been falling apart, rounds not covered, unrealistic lapsing/absorption etc....OT not being paid, or being paid very very late and after much hassle...just falling apart...

That manager moved a couple of months ago, new manager came in and at a WTLL sesh told us RM were aware that our office has problems and needs sorting out.....I brought this up and asked him"Why were our last manager and area manager allowed to get away with slashing so much out of the office that it no longer runs properly".....

My question wasn't answered, but now, thinking about it, it is FRAUD. Removing hours for the sake of reaching unrealistic targets and achieving a bonus....

I feckin hated our last manager, total cock, incompetent, smarmy, lying twat, no surprises there, but.....

cCan I actually do anything officially, and try to get either his bonus revoked? Disciplinary action against him, and/or area manager?

I did hear that one of the senior managers at Glasgow who was 'allowed' to resign is now claiming that he was set up and the information was planted on his computer. I've even heard a name mentioned. Also been told that there are plenty of people (more than 20) in the Glasgow area that are going to be done over this. About time too, most of the senior managers are idiots who promote their friends and associates to vacancies. One useless idiot was given a senior post because his wife was the senior manager's wife's hairdresser!
