Your rep should do what i did asked DOM for grievance form and make copies then i informed the lads if they wanted one they could get them off me as many were intimadated by our DOM an dfelt uneasy asking him for one.
Problem solved just make sure before posting you give the rep a copy dont hand it back to your DOM post it to his boss .
