25 Hour Contract

Hi Guys, My friend is thinking of applying for a job at Royal Mail.... and yes he is quite barmy!
I enquired with my DIM and it seems he may get a 25 hour contract if successful, can anyone help me out with some figures for him i.e Weekly wage, leave entitlement and whether or not his money would go up in increments as it used to do (6 months - 12 months)
If anyone could help me it would be greatly appreciated.

I'm on a 25 hour contract and recently started and he's looking at anything between £160-170 max but I always get enough overtime to get me to the 40 hour week mark.

If aged over 21
First 6 months £312.85
Next 6 months £330.23
After 12 months £347.61
The figures are based on 40 hours, so for 25 hours for the first 6 months he will gross £195.50 or £7.82 an hour.
And will get 4 weeks a year holiday plus bank holidays.
