it won't belong before crozier and co send out the "have your say" questionaires. my question is does anyone in our company know if they have had any changes happen in thier office due to these questionaires because ours hasn't we have still got the same dim and terrible working conditions despite the results of the last one being a vote of no confidence for the management and its ways of running our office! answers on a postcard please!

Just follow what happens now in my office - Don't fill them in and when they send someone down to ask why just tell them that they are useless and nothing is ever done (the woman who can down to ask us only asked 3 people of which 1 lied and said they filled it in and the other 2 spent 10 minutes explaining in detail as to why they wouldn't ever be filling them in again

).

They don't want to do anything to fix the problems and TBH I'm not paid to help them fix what they've broken (the same goes to all management request for suggestions).

The only change made in my office is the frequency with which we have to fill them out.It's as if they'll keep asking us until they get the answers they want. I always thought it was meant to be a way to gauge the feeling in an office, not as a method to justify the managers bonus.

They banned the radio in my office as someone said in the HYS it was too loud .

They always make changes at my Office. But they never last long. It's just a case of them improving things until we get the followup HYS (does everyone get these?), so it will show that they've addressed the problems. Then very quickly, things revert to normal.

It always amazes me that no-one notices that the same type of problems show up, and get fixed, over and over again!

Got our HYS couple of weeks ago then got told we had to fill them out there and then and hand them back. Well a few of us weren't happy with that (thinking the Dim is just going to read them himself) ..So said we'd fill em out at home and hand them in ... I posted mine.
Only thing thats happend at our office is someone suggested getting a dishwasher...we got one and people use it BUT theres no cleaning tablets for it so whats the point

Oh and the pool table got re-clothed.
But nothing to do with the job itself has ever changed.

I suppose they are worth it just for reading the comments people make up on the board after (some are really funny

). Mostly we just bitch on about the same old stuff year on year and nothing really ever gets done

at our office we had to have an extra HYS form to fill in as the feedback on the last three we returned were so bad saying that the management were a BIG problem at our office. Had to plead to get the results put up for us all to see. THEY REALLY WERE BAD!!! still nothing done to fix the problems. These forms are just a formality!

Our sauna hasnt been cleaned for months now, and the massage table has a dodgy leg, no one has bothered updating the Blue-Ray collection for our 44 inch High Def TV and the weekly strippers are still owed a months wage.

Wish I had time to play pool.

Our manager "summarised" our comments last time we had the results of a HYS...shame as I know a number of us had spent a lot of time carefully crafting our comments so as not to appear to be tooooo personal about management.....

Last HYS we completed we haven't seen any results for whasoever....

Never fill em out because they are a cash cow for management, i heard their bonuses are linked not to the results, but to how many they can get filled in!!!
