I know we are entitled to free re-directions for us and our families but can we get them for friends or is it just family

It can include anyone in your direct family moving with only.
Royal Mail won't break me, though its been fairly close recently!

I phoned up the redirection number as my daughter has just moved out and they told me that it's only for employee's, and if i wanted to do it for her i would have to put my name on it as well as if i moved with her! :confused
