FFS how is it people dont get the CWU? Its on a need to know basis and you dont need to know! You only pay the wages of the senior REPS and although you have NEVER TOLD THEM what your aspirations are they KNOW! The independent chair Roger Poole decides what info gets released, CWU RML both agreed to his request to do this.

This short of thing should be scrapped at this years conference and minium standards of communcation and info to the mbrs when in talks with the employer should be set in stone as CWU policy.

I agree Daz, shame though that Royal Mail get to know, ATOS get to know, the CWU get to know and the independent chair gets to know. It's just the members that are shut out, I don't really care about the press. So what are they hiding from US?

The only reason for telling you anything is to gauge reaction.
How do you feel about longer and later saturdays etc.......
They don't really want to know how you feel just whether you will swallow it.

our office have been finishing at3pm since 2007 agreement with all ms3/asap going out our manager says its a clear office policy! f***ing shafted as usual!!!!! :mfo
