sick note
ive been off nearly a week now and i will need to be off next week too. but doctor won't be able to give me a sick note till monday becuase 1st 7 days is self certificate. my manager said he wants it monday but because i live so far away i wont be able to bring it in, i will have to delivery it, im just wondering is it compulsery that its there on the monday?

The doctors line doesn't have to be there on the day it starts. As long as the line covers you from day 8 of your sick time, you're covered. You don't have to hand it in to him you can post it to your manager, but i would recommend Special Delivery, that way you can track it and your manager can't deny receiving it.
