Shortage of staff = mail failed

In my office there were a number of deliveries that failed today. Not because of the snow, ice and un-gritted pavements but because of a shortage of staff. I live outside my office area and received no mail today which is very surprising as I tend to get mail everyday.
Who can I complain to that would take this to RM and want to investigate the failure of RM to uphold it's license to provide a delivery everyday. I feel that if they keep getting away with this without any complaints it will encourage RM to provide an irregular service.

Used to be Postwatch you could complain to but their site redirects to the Consume Direct Website so give them a call or email them. I think maybe it should be an MP that has signed the petitions and that could maybe keep a list of any failed deliveries to point out the dangers of privatisation and cost cutting.

And they're usually s**t hot. I asked 2 questions on 2 seperate occasions, 1 about working in the sun for nearly 4 hours and the other about moving delivery times from 2 to 3pm.

They answered both the following day.
